Current Firewise Recognized Sites
There are 48 established Firewise USA Sites in Deschutes County with more becoming recognized each year. It’s a simple way for a neighborhood to come together and prepare for wildfire. New sites can be as small as eight homeowners to as large as 2,500. The Project Wildfire Program Director is one of your regional coordinators for Firewise USA in Deschutes County.
